Holiday in Tanzania

I thought this place was breath taking. Seriously! From the moment  you drive in to the moment you leave the reception area and head to the balcony, you will be blown away by the beauty of this place. It's paradise in Tanzania.
The art work on the walls was quite interesting but most importantly was the sight of the pool and the beach right ahead of it. The view is gorgeous and the customer service was just what I expected for a Laico hotel establishment. I was pleased with it.
I need to go back!

Selling all my stuff

Its time for me to move out of Dar and I have lots of things (well not so much) that I need to sell. I was staying in a nice 1 bedroom apartment that i will miss. The only drawback to the area is bad roads especially after the rains that hit Dar in the last couple of weeks. Id be happy to help anyone rent the apartment if they choose. My lease ends in July 11th.
I have a 32inch flatscreen TV and stand, furniture ie sofa, fridge, carpets, microwave, small oven, gas cooker, cutlery, curtains, buckets that i need to sell. The apartment has connected DSTV service and is appropriate for anyone looking to just come in to Dar and settle in a basic house.

Looking for a local house agent?

If you're looking for a low priced, unfurnished place to live in Dar you will need a local agent to help you with the search. Please note that they charge a small fee Tsh 3,000-10,000 for taking you around to view vacant properties. It's important therefore to let them know exactly what you're looking for so as to avoid being taken to view properties that you would not consider living in. If you're really big on finishing make sure you let them know that you're interested in tiled houses for example. Also be sure to include whether you  are willing to share a water meters bills/ electricity bills/ or even washrooms.
